Robot skin

This flexible skin is developed by a Stanford scientist named Zhenan Bao. This skin is highly elastic and is molded on top of tiny pyramids, which will transmit the pressure applied on it to sensors kept in another rubber layer under. The number of pyramids can be increased according to the sensitivity. These pyramids are placed between two parallel electrodes, so it will detect the pressure on the skin. It is powered by solar cells. Due to this modification it can detect the dangerous chemicals such as explosives or diagnose medical conditions by simply touching a patient.

A robot has been design which is so sensitive that it can see through concrete walls. The robot has sensitive scanner that sends wide signals, which penetrate through the walls and reveals the sounds and sights that is happening behind the wall. 1. Green car: Sandia national laboratory is trying to design a car that will run from carbon dioxide and sunrays. These two things will be used as fuel. The car will be multipurpose, because it will absorb carbon dioxide from the air, hence will clean the atmosphere. The system in the green car (cerium oxide system) will convert the carbon dioxide into carbon monoxide, and also convert the water into Hydrogen.

Bullet proof custard: The scientist of London has marketed a new kind of bullet proof jacket which will protect you from the bullets coming from the front. The experts used a secret chemical formula which is prepared by mixing an artificial fiber, so that a super armored protective jacket may be come into being. A sticky and thick pasted layer has been used in the inner side of jacket, so when a bullet hit the outer side of the jacket, the paste become thicker and neutralize the power effects of the bullet. The global defense and security company is designing it for the soldiers who will fight on the front lines. The researchers says that they are trying to use this secret chemical devise in less quantity, so that the jacket may not be heavy and the user feel uneasy to move.
